Health Systems Strengthening — Kisumu County
Designed and implemented a comprehensive M&E framework for Kisumu County's health programmes in partnership with JOOTRH. The framework introduced real-time data dashboards, standardised indicator tracking, and capacity building for county health teams, resulting in significantly improved data-driven decision-making.
Media Viability Initiative — DW Akademie
Partnered with Deutsche Welle Akademie to strengthen media organisations in Kenya through strategic communications, capacity building, and digital transformation programmes. The project focused on building sustainable business models for community media outlets across multiple counties.
WASH Programme Excellence — KIWASCO
Managed end-to-end delivery of water and sanitation projects in partnership with Kisumu Water and Sewerage Company (KIWASCO). The programme included stakeholder coordination, financial oversight, and implementation of community-based water management systems across the Lake Region.
Institutional Capacity Building — GIZ Partnership
Collaborated with GIZ to design and deliver a comprehensive capacity building programme for county government officials across Western Kenya. The programme focused on strategic planning, performance management, and results-based management to strengthen public sector service delivery.
Occupational Health & Safety Assessment
Conducted a comprehensive research study on occupational health and safety practices across manufacturing and agricultural sectors in Kenya. The research informed policy recommendations adopted by county health departments and industry regulatory bodies.
Strategic Plan Development — ADC
Developed a five-year strategic plan for the Agricultural Development Corporation, including stakeholder consultations, situational analysis, and a results-based M&E framework to track implementation progress and organisational performance.
